Watari, who runs a cheese workshop while keeping cows on a beautiful ranch with a view of the sea, is full of happiness every day surrounded by his favorite family and friends. A young man from Tokyo, Kobe, and a genius chef from Sapporo, joined one day, and came up with Watari. It was to open a one-day limited restaurant to deliver the "delicious food" to more people.
