Representative works "Check Engineer", early works "Black Magic" to "Appleseed", "Dominion", "Senju Super Cheat Shell ORION", and the world of creation up to the present is one book.

Masamune Shiro, the author of the enthusiast and popular "Centhusiasts", made a major debut in the science fiction manga "AppleSeed" in 1985, and started serialization of "Centhusiasts" in 1989. The worldview that foresaw the modern era of the information society, which incorporates advanced technologies that had not yet penetrated into the world at that time, with a unique sense, has attracted many people. The paintings drawn in detail, plots made of enormous information, and the words of the writer, which extends to the margins, give the work heat and stir the imagination of the reader. Many creators have been influenced by Masamune Shiro's worldview, which incorporates philosophical explorations, and continue to produce works in various genres.

"Black Magic" is a collection of early works depicting the world in which super giant-class computer Nemesis plays a role in politics. "AppleSeed" is a science-fiction action depicting Dunant of SWAT and Briareus of the whole cyborg who lived in a ruined city after the Fifth World War. "Dominion" comically depicts the battle between Reona, a member of the Police Tank Corps, and Bonaparte, a small tank of his favorite aircraft. The "Civil Mobility Corps" depicts the battle of "Public Security Division 9" under the direct control of the prime minister. Fantasy work "Senju Super Attack Shell ORION" in which gods summoned with super ancient magicians fight over "Senju Kuzuryu".

In addition to tracing the diverse range of works and current activities in <analog manuscript> and <digital output manuscript>, he also introduced plenty of books and comments of the writer, and approached the personal part of "Masune Shiro" World Exhibition-"Check Engineer "and the Trajectory of Creation-" This book is a valuable official catalog containing manuscripts and comments posted at the first large-scale exhibition of "Masamune Shiro".
